Q. Do you offer In Home Delivery? Yes,A fee of $99.00 will be added to your order if you choose to have the carrier to bring your delivery inside your home. The 99.00 fee DOES NOT include in home setup. This means that the carrier will only bring the delivery inside your home. They will not set it up for you. We currently do not offer in home setup. If you wish to add the in home delivery then you may do so at checkout under the shipping method option.
Q. What is Your Return Policy?
At WesternBedding.com, we are confident the quality of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below. Items must be returned within 30 days. Excluding Christmas Holiday. Extends to 45 days. 1. Call our customer support 1-800-405-5516 or email (timberlinegroup1@hotmail.com) for a "return authorization number". Do not ship items to our Cooporate office address. You will be supplied with instructions and return address. Your return must be sent back to the correct address for exchange, credit or refund of your purchase. Pending inspection, merchandise must be in the same condition as received, in original packaging if at all possible, a refund or credit will be issued to you, less the Restocking Fees. 15% Soft Goods and 20% on Furniture.
Q. What are the Delivery Charges for Soft Goods (Bedding, clothing, leather goods, etc.) and Larger Items Including Furniture?
At Westernbedding.com, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. We review each order individually, factoring in destination, weight and size of items. Shipping is Free and delivery methods will vary by product : Assembled Furniture will ship Motor Freight and Ready To Assemble Furniture will ship Fedex Freight and/or UPS Ground . In rare instances additional charges may arise, such as lift gate fees, special delivery arrangements, etc.
Q. How Do I Pay for My Purchase?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, (Discover), and Personnel or Company Check, and Timberline Group Gift Certificates. Lay Away programs can also be set up in some instances.
Q. How Do I Track My Order?
The delivery services we use receive order numbers and tracking numbers at the close of business Monday through Friday. The tracking numbers are not always available immediately. In that case, we suggest tracking your order again the following business day. Please note: Gift Cards, Basic Freight Delivery items and Furniture Collection items cannot be tracked online at this time. You may call us at 800-405-5516 for tracking information, after calling hours you may email your inquiries. Please provide your order number available so that we may assist you quicker.
Q. Is The Information I Provide You Secure?
All orders are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology on both your end and ours. SSL encrypts all Yahoo Secure Shopping of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. Please note: email is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting your credit card information. Q. How do I know my order was received and will be delivered?
As soon as you transmit your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Soft good items shipping in 5 to 7 days, a UPS or Fedex Ground tracking number will be automatically sent to the email address you provide. Do not hesitate to call or email our Customer Support for an update on your order at any time.
Q. How will my order be Shipped and Delivered?
All soft goods are shipped Fedex and UPS Ground. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Large Items including Furniture ship Motor Freight, the freight company will contact you as soon as it arrives at the nearest terminal to you, to set up a delivery time for you.

The Timberline Group LLC has been in business for 25 years, both manufacture and retail. We are the Largest Online Specialty Store for Western Furnishings.
